PROPOSED church Team grouping options

Each team have 4 to 10 persons max

Each team should group with advance, intermediate, at least 1 beginner players (male & female players together)

Each team have a team lead who will coordinate the team during the year & also while in tournament games (who available and who to team with for maximize winning opportunity as a team)

Team should be formed with 相識和新朋友, Christian and non-Christian together (it is easier to team up with someone you have been regularly played together)

Team Lead

Represent the team to the Committee and pass information from the Committee to each team members

Ensure each team members know the game rules and rally scoring

Build the team spirit and pickleball skills with each others

Organize more team practice before the game

Organize the warm up exercise within their team before the game

Select the team members to participate tournament games as applicable
