I spent the first 13 years of my career in the retained search space starting in financial services and expanded to clients across industrial / IoT, payments, healthcare and enterprise software within the Fortune 50 to Private Equity portfolio companies. I am now transitioning out of my role with Juul Labs and looking for my next challenge. I joined Juul to build the executive recruiting team through a period of historic growth. The role expanded to include elements of executive development including onboarding, executive mobility, leveling / promotion and succession planning. I am open to different structures, industries, and locations as long as I have the ability to make an impact and lead a team to success!
