Create new Source value in Hubspot, for “Internal Referrals”

We need to track all the internal referrals that are coming from Mortgage to our funnel. We know that we’ve been feeding this info, but Mortgage team is doing it wrong.

To give context:
whenever a customer is generated through Mortgage page, and this customer doesn’t need Mortgage (paying in cash), but needs help to find a property, what happens:
Mortgage team creates the deal inside of Growth Funnel, duplicate it to RE using the attach rate WF, and then move Growth deal to Lost.
Then your WF will input this deal source to “Internal REA agent” (this is how we measure attach rate), making our conversions measures decrease and show wrong numbers.
What we suggest here is to let the Growth team create contacts (and then the DEAL can be created through WF) but with a correct Source, we suggest “Internal Referrals from Mortgage”.

Also we suggest that we can have a similar source as “Internal Referrals from RE”
Ahmed will test the idea to change the Pipeline of the deal, preventing from duplicating.
He just need to test if someone who has no access to REA Purchase Funnel, can change the pipeline.
I have added new property called “ Attached deal”
Gabi can use attach deal as “No” before we trigger the workflow so can excluded those deals from the attach rate
Ahmed, this new field created will help us to identify the deals that have attach rate profile. But still, we’re polluting the funnel with other deals that are being duplicated and will mess our conversion. Maybe we can find a different workaround or move to the new Sources. Ahmed’s comment: The deal can be moved to Lost ryt?

needs to storage a date where he can keep track of when a transaction was actually closed. Because close date will always have the date when the deal was closed, but sometimes he needs to report some transactions for the future.

Create a new property in “Contact” object, called “Duplicate Phone Check”, to be populated by a Zapier whenever it found a duplicate contact through Phone Number.

Custom object “Property”
Search field
The best way was to use “Property” custom object to storage viewings info. Is this on the plans?

Talking to Danilo, that’s the plan, since RE listings are storaged in Airtable, we can integrate to Hubspot “Property” custom object to generate listings data into the visits. Right now, he’s waiting to Spain Sales Operations to confirm all data that will be transfered to Hubspot to go. Danilo told me this week (18/04/22) ppbly will be a definition.

is pushing a meeting with Pyushi squad so we can get this decision to be made.
