Non judgement : be aware of our judgements, don’t judge them
Patience: be aware of our impatience; want change but don’t get into the ladder
Beginners mind; expert doesn’t “learn” always be learning and curious I know anything
Trust: there is a lot that we can trust
Non-striving: not being attached to the outcome, and focus on working on what you can get done
Acceptance: deep insightful recognition of what things are (trust yourself in what you see)
In all Asian languages mind and heart is the same word
