Use Embeds to automate your proofing workflow

This document is designed to help you review and approve various types of content, including marketing materials, copy, designs, videos, and more. This doc uses embeds so you may be able to leave comments directly in your tool of choice, but can also use Coda’s built in .
To use this doc:
Define your and their review types
Click “Create new proofing request”
Set your asset name, review type, and paste in your embed url
(Optional) set an to click the “Send Slack reminder” for your Review team on a weekly basis

Here you can define your proofing team. This will allow members of the team to see what assets they’re responsible for. Additionally we’ve included a Slack integration making it easy to click a button and notify the appropriate reviewers that they have assets to review. You can even use an automation to click the button as often as you like using whatever conditions you prefer. We would suggest starting with a time-based notification to get started.
