Unlocked Conference is made possible thanks to our valued partners who
graciously agree to host the event. We aim to ensure that potential hosts have a
comprehensive understanding of what they can offer for the event, as well as what
we will provide in return.
What is Unlocked Conference
A 1-day conference for ministry and non-profit leaders designed to unlock their ideas and help them solve problems relevant for their work. Registration fee includes coffee throughout the event, lunch, coffee, and our 88-page workbook. Additionally, access to all of the digital downloads following the event is included.
What is the cost?
We charge a $99 early bird registration fee and a $129 registration fee. Additionally host’s have the option to sponsor the entire event or a limited number of spots.
How many sessions?
There are four sessions as follows:
Session One - Unlocking Our Identity as Creatives Our creation story is founded on the truth being formed by the ultimate Creator. Everyone is eligible for the title of creative because of their roots in the creator. In this session we will work through our theology as creatives and confess our insecurities as a reset on our identity.
Session Two - Unlocking Our Constraints Constraints may seem limiting, but they can spark creative innovations. In this session, we'll apply tools to create from constraints, learn best practices for leaders managing constraints, and apply them to your work right away.
Session Three - Unlocking Our Ideas Creative leaders learn the value of seeing new relationships between ideas to produce new solutions. In this session we will learn how to use idea relationships to connect them together, continue work on a specific project from your work, and apply best practices for leading others in ideation.
Session Four - Unlocking Our Launch Plan Moving ideas into reality requires a launch plan. In this session we will work through a simple framework creative leaders can leverage for launching ideas and communicating the process.
Our normal schedule is to have two in the morning and two in the afternoon with three breaks.

While we do announce on social media and email, our marketing power comes from word of mouth, past attendees, and our hosts. Our best events focus on the people networks of our hosts, and in many cases multiple overlapping networks. Our best crowds have a minimum size of 35 and scale up to 50+. Our timing is on a day that meets the audience context. Thursdays have been tested as the best day. How We Struggle
We launch an event with no people network already behind coming to the event. Hosts that may not have the time to help promote and push through their network.
