Welcome to our team’s project intake hub
A single place to take in new requests and work through them.
This is a place to submit your project ideas and requests for our team to triage and track. It also provides a transparent view of the
status of requested projects
.

Process
When you
Submit a request
, your project will come to our
Triage
meeting, and from there, we’ll decide whether we can
address it now
or
reconsider at another time. You can see our full project intake flow below 👇
1
Submitted
A project idea submitted with all the proper info. Ready to be reviewed by the team
2
Needs more info
If we find that a submitted idea doesn’t have enough for us to review, we’ll mark it as this status to bring back to the partner.
3
Approved
We’ve decided to work on it and put it in our backlog.
4
Not started
In triage, we decide that this is worth taking on. It then enters our backlog to be resourced and begin working.
5
In progress
Actively being worked on.
6
Done
Completed and handed off.
7
On hold
At any time, this work can be put on hold or blocked.
8
Won’t do
In triage, we decide that we don’t have the bandwidth, not a priority, not enough impact, for now at least.

This is your landing / homepage for many people, mostly not on your team. Because it’s a high-traffic space, we recommend
locking
this page to prevent accidental edits, especially to key data tables like the process table above 👆
