Steps to successfully managing a project:

for what the problem is and what the solution might entail.

Pull the

together of people who are involved and will be doing the work.

Set the

for what you’d like to achieve and how you will measure success.

Determine the

/ flow of how you’ll manage the work.

Add

that you’d like to work on to achieve the goals.

Create views for the various people involved to communicate what needs to be done or simple keep them in the know:
