💡 Tips for collecting feedback
Feedback can come from many sources, and getting feedback into a Coda doc is pretty easy. We set up two ways for it to come in.
Manually add: These come from in-person conversations that sales, marketing, and others may have with clients. Also, our Coda Community () shares great ideas that we’ll add through the Submit Customer Feedback button or through a feedback form such as .
Automatically synced from support ticket system: We use Intercom for our support chat, help articles, communication, and user management. Because , we can pull in the part of tickets that are tagged with feedback. While we use Zaps, we’ve helped clients set up the same system with , , and many other in the Zapier ecosystem.
