We have 3 core teams at Coda: Doc Experience, Business Platform, and Ecosystem. Before we go into planning for the next quarter, I create a report for each team that links to all the relevant feedback in this doc. This allows me to summarize product feedback we’ve received from customers in the past quarter, while allowing product leaders to dig in to specific customer problems as needed.
Since implementing this process, we’ve been able to bring the customer voice to the forefront of our planning process and know exactly what to prioritize on our product roadmap.
