Email / SMS Verification & OTP Service
The ability to send emails via the system and verify user phone numbers and emails. By default we use Mandrill.
Customer needs to enter their mobile number. Mobile number will then be sent a text "Your Handypay activation code is XXXXXX" Customer then enters the vefication code for the mobile. Need to validate the code and require code validation message
Customer is then prompted to create a passcode for faster login, as well as having the option of using Face ID, as a fast way to log into the App. Selecting Face ID, will prompt the user to log in using Face ID next time. Selecting Passcode will prompt the user to use a passcode to log in next time
AU ID, Driver’s Licence, and Passport
Use Google Search to search for address
User can then select either a Driver Licence or a Passport as their form of ID verification Upon clicking Continue a request will be sent to our back-end to verify the customer ID. A soft credit check will be completed at this point.
Basic Info Update
Applicant must connect either their credit card or connect their bank statements to make repayments. System checks positive balance on card or account, completes soft credit check and approves/declines

Apple Wallet or Google Pay Integration
Processing / Loader, as their account is set up Prompt to add the card to the Apple Wallet or Google Pay User is then redirected to setting up the Card on their phone
Welcome Page + Set Card Pin
Land on complete / welcome page with 'Continue' button to go to Account page Customer receives text message saying "You can now use Apple Pay / Google Pay with Handypay!" After clicking 'Continue' the user is prompted to set a PIN for their Card
Home page where the customer can see their available limit, how much they have spent. Where they can view their card. Increase the limit on their card.
Select to Buy Now, Pay Later.
View transaction summary
Click to make:
- In-Store purchases
- Increase limit of their card
- Undertake debt consolidation
- Take out a personal loan - view their complete Banking position
Action Notification Badge
Need to have a "1" notification symbol appear next to
Car Loan when there is an action item (e.g. authorising your approved limit)
Card View Layout
If you click the Card Details button the a virtual card should appear showing their card details. If you swipe the card it will flip so you can see the CVC number on the back
If you select "In-Store" then 3 options appear:
- Pay with Card
- Create barcode
- Scan a QR code
Pay with Card Flow
Pay with Card - the card appears prompting the customer to tap the phone on the terminal, once payment is made a congratulations message appears, with Latest Transactions appears.
Vendor is charged a credit finance charge
Create Barcode Flow
Create barcode - the barcode appears prompting the vendor to scan the barcode to process the payment. Payment with barcode may incur a discount on the purchase amount
QR Code Flow
QR code - the camera opens to capture an image of the QR code. This prompt an payment screen, that requests - Continue - to process the payment Vendor is charged a vendor fee
Customers can increase their credit card limit via the section.

Better Rate Flow
Via Profile the User can change their contact details - this should not change the original contact details in the back-end but create a separate field when this is stored and displays it as changed in the front-end Payment History will show all the payments made to Handypay for Handypay related debt Transaction History relates to all puchases made on the Handypay Card
