Building good habits is essential to a well-balanced lifestyle. Use this habit tracker to develop healthy habits and keep track of how far you have progressed!
To add a habit, click the “+add habit” button. It will add a row to the “developing habits” table and you can add the habit you wish to develop.
To add the habit to “Today’s Log”, check off the focus checkbox. To see an overview of your habits in the calendar, click the “done” button once you have completed the habit. It will immediately add that habit to the calendar.
