Delivery Organization Structure at Spendflo

The organization is setup to support each region with dedicated buying teams that will operate within the timezones of those regions. The leadership team provides guidance to those regional teams to provide a CONSISTENT buying experience regardless of where our customers are located.
Roles and responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide overall vision and direction to regional buying teams. This team serves as an escalation point for both the customer and internal teams. They will participate in quarterly business reviews with customers. Assign buyers based on capacity to accounts.
Customer Success Managers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers serving as their advocate within the Spendflo. Perform customer needs analysis to identify new opportunities for Spendflo to support the organization. Continually collect feedback from customer on team performance and platform satisfaction. Churn prevention and proactively manage contract renewals.
Engagement Manager: Point of contact for customer during the engagement. They will be responsible for leading any status calls and handling the sourcing/negotiations for complex SaaS purchases. Will be responsible for developing buyers within their pools.
Buyer: Complete assigned procurements as delegated by the engagement manager. Communicate with customer and vendors as necessary to drive procurements.
Procurement Specialist: Complete assigned procurements as delegated by the engagement manager. Support buyers and managers in creation and maintenance of status documents.
