Procurement Specialist will be responsible to run the POD with Data Driven Insights and Reporting. Some of the reports are broadly categorized into the following:-

Monthly Analysis (ATS, MRS and MSG): Weekly Analysis of the customer’s ATS and comparison of the increase. This is to be discussed on weekly POD catch-ups, and to be sent to the internal leadership on monthly email chains. The deficit on ATS based on sunsetted/offline contracts should also be reported along with this.
Onboarding Accounts Audit: SaaS analyst & EM’s have to verify the onboarding checklist and vet it before it transitions into a specific POD, A thorough ATS audit of onboarding accounts to be done, with at least 75% of the ATS that to be uploaded on the platform before onboarding is completed, and SAs need to monitor these numbers. This should be reported to EMs and CSMs once the onboarding starts.
POD weekly catch-up framework: A is created for weekly catch-ups which includes the People Matrix and Sentiment and Requests Audit. SaaS Analysts will work with the CSMs to fill in the People Matrix, and run it weekly on the pod catch-up calls.
Management Hub Insights: Using the Management Hub available on the platform, SaaS Analysts should create reports that are to be shared on a monthly basis to customers and internal stakeholders, with improvements being highlighted on each customer check-in call as deemed fit.
