Customer Onboarding

This is the process we will undergo once a new customer is handed off to Procurement.
PODs are assigned once the customer has signed and onboarding has started.
Onboarding Managers to set SLA expectations - New Procurements in 30 Days, and Renewals in 90 days. (Internal SLAs - New Procurements in 30 Days and Renewals in 120 Days)
Onboarding Managers should also define How Spendflo Calculates Savings, to reduce the discrepancies that might arise later on for savings calculations.
The PODs (EMs and the SaaS Analysts), must engage with the customer right from onboarding, where they furnish a , which, as the name suggests, details all their spends based on the given renewal dates. There should also be procurements handled based on urgency and renewals.
