Track objectives here so that your 1:1s stay productive.
Use this section to track your objectives. Some tips:
- Decide on a frequency for setting and checking in on goals (weekly? monthly? quarterly?)
- Identify if these goals are already set appropriately elsewhere (and can be embedded / linked / copied) or if this is a unique list
- Decide who should do the evaluation - employee, manager, joint, or both independently
