Set-up

Set up a 6’ table inside the room and place a tablecloth on it.

Assemble the square-shaped tables (6x) and place chairs around them.

Lay out two rugs for kids to play on.

Lay out a few toys on the rug for kids to play with when they arrive.

Make sure you have everything you need.

Snacks: veggie straws, water jug, small cups

Check-in Supplies: clipboard, rosters

Lesson Materials: leader guide, activity pages, story cards, craft supplies

Cleaning Supplies: paper towels, disinfectant spray

Other Supplies: toys, coloring supplies, bluetooth speaker

Disinfect all of the toys before putting them away.

Place the tablecloths inside one of the storage bins.

Place bluetooth speaker in the black and yellow Check-in bin.

Fold the 6’ table and place it in the black and yellow wagon.

Place the black/yellow storage bins in the mobile cart.

Place the bin with scooba walls in the mobile cart.
