Set up a 6’ table and place the purple Zion Kids tablecloth on it.

Set up the backdrop frame and insert the fabric backdrop.

Set up the tabletop signs.

Set up the equipment and turn everything on.

Test everything to make sure it’s working. Troubleshoot if needed.

Make sure you have everything you need.

Rolls of Labels (2+)

Back-up Check-in Materials

Fold the 6’ table and place it in the black and yellow wagon.

Take down the backdrop.

Place all supplies in the black and yellow storage bin.
