Introductory Venture Updates

📋 Summary - WHAT we’re creating

The goal for our project is a content sharing platform for freelance journalists. Our platform is intended that freelance journalists have the opportunity to offer and sell their raw material there.

Examples:

A journalist is for 5 days in Afghanistan and make videos, pictures, audio recordings, interviews, ... . But in the final story there is only a fraction of the material. The rest of the content could be uploaded on our website and be sold.

A Media company has no money to send a journalist to Afghanistan. So they buy some content from a journalist who uploaded the material on this website.

🏋️‍♂️Motivation - WHY we’re doing this

The main motivation is the personal backround. We are young journalists who know that payment in this business is tight - especially for good stories which are expensive.

🧑‍💻Persona - WHO we’re serving

Chris works as an freelance journalist. He often spends a lot of time and money on working for his projects because of the travelling in foreign countries to get qualitative content. Chris needs to find a way to work more efficiently so he can safe time and money for his work and receive a better payment.
