The Artist Solutions Lead at CO:CREATE is the strategic partner and trusted advisor at the heart of our Artist relationships. This role is dedicated to helping Tattoo Artists succeed—on their terms—by delivering personalized guidance, tailored solutions, and meaningful, ongoing support.
With deep tattoo industry experience and a consultative mindset, the Artist Solutions Lead will bridge the gap between business operations and creative independence, ensuring that every Artist using CO:CREATE feels seen, supported, and set up to thrive.
This role will shape the foundation of Artist success at scale—designing frameworks, playbooks, and support models that serve both the individual and the collective. As a front-line advocate for our Artists, the Artist Solutions Lead ensures that our product and community evolve in sync with their needs, challenges, and ambitions.

Deliver Personalized Guidance that Drives Artist Activation
Conduct 1:1 strategic consultations with curated Tattoo Artists to assess business needs and provide actionable recommendations. Help Artists unlock 10+ bookings/month by aligning CO:CREATE tools with their unique goals and working styles. Architect Solutions That Solve Real Artist Challenges
Design bespoke support and booking strategies using CO:CREATE’s suite of tools (Booking Requests, Wanna Do Designs, etc.). Surface recurring Artist pain points and proactively craft templates, tools, or workflows to address them. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of technical and operational solutions. Build Scalable Playbooks and Systems for Artist Success
Develop internal playbooks and best practices for Artist engagement, onboarding, and retention. Create scalable templates and strategies to support a growing portfolio of Booking Artists with high-touch service. Codify successful approaches into repeatable frameworks that can be adopted by future team members. Foster Deep, High-Trust Relationships with Artists
Maintain a dedicated portfolio of Artists and own the full relationship lifecycle—from post-onboarding to ongoing support. Proactively monitor engagement signals (activation rate, booking frequency, etc.) and re-engage as needed. Celebrate Artist milestones, offer high-touch support, and reinforce CO:CREATE’s commitment to their growth. Act as the Voice of the Artist Across the Company
Regularly surface Artist insights, needs, and feature requests to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Support to refine platform features and prioritize Artist-first solutions. Help shape the evolution of the Artist Solutions function as a strategic pillar of CO:CREATE’s growth model. Champion Retention and Long-Term Engagement
Identify at-risk Artists through behavioral indicators and initiate re-engagement efforts. Analyze retention trends and suggest proactive measures to keep Artists engaged and satisfied. Collaborate with the Support Team to deliver consistent, quality follow-through for Artist needs.
