Elevate is Plato’s in-person 2-day conference, designed for engineering leaders seeking solutions to their biggest challenges.

Tired of non-tangible, fluffy talks sometimes available at eng leadership conferences, we decided to make of Elevate a learning experience for all attendees. We want attendees to go back to their teams the next day and share something they learned at Elevate. Not the next quarter, the NEXT DAY.
