Badge Pro Plan – USD $1,999/month Includes full access to Badge’s platform: wallet pass engine, push notifications, geo-campaigns, analytics, and standard support.

Contract: 12 months starting July 2025 Flexibility: Cancel anytime after October events with 30 days’ noticee

Events Covered:

July pilot event (~250 attendees)

October flagship (600 + 800 attendees)

Unlimited events under HeadBox’s account

Pass Activation Fee:

Event passes are charged $0.12 per added pass (billed monthly based on usage)

No charge for issued passes that aren’t added to a wallet
