As many of us in client-facing roles know, customer loyalty is the lifeblood of any business. It’s always top-of-mind. But it’s not easy to keep a pulse on customer sentiment overtime. And in my experience, measuring customer loyalty often requires a tangle of tools and manual follow-up emails.
So I made this doc to help!
What does this doc do?
You can certainly run one of these surveys through a marketing automation tool (e.g. HubSpot) if you have one. Or maybe you have extra budget for feedback management software (e.g. Listen360). But many companies don’t have dedicated tools like this to run a customer loyalty campaign. So instead of investing in yet another piece of software, let’s flex the power of Coda! The Net Promoter Score, or NPS, is a simple survey method to help you determine how loyal your customers are. NPS is a customer satisfaction metric that measures, on a scale of 0-10, the degree to which people would recommend your company to others. It’s also a great way to surface customers who are at risk of churning.
🤩 Promoters are customers who give your product a 9 or 10 rating.
😕 Passives are customers who give your product a 7 or 8 rating.
😡 Detractors are customers who give your product a 0 to 6 rating.
