This use case can be built on a table that syncs from the main source of data. Example, use the Salesforce Pack to pull in a report of postings you would like to staff and build this solution using that data. The Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar Pack could be used to send an invite when the scheduler select someone to facilitate an opportunity.
