Gathering availability information quickly and easily

Background:

The client needs to collect responses from multiple users for posted opportunities. The scheduler would then review the responses to select the most qualified user as a facilitator for the opportunity.
Other considerations:
This use case can be built on a table that syncs from the main source of data.
Example, use the Salesforce Pack to pull in a report of postings you would like to staff and build this solution using that data.
The Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar Pack could be used to send an invite when the scheduler select someone to facilitate an opportunity.

Scheduler View:
