For the purposes of Section 48 of the Society and Tenant Act 1987 the address at which any notices (including notices in any proceedings) may be served on the Society by the Member is (until the Member is notified to the contrary) as follows:

A notice to be served under this Lease shall be served in writing and shall be properly served if served upon the Society at its registered office and/or upon the Member at the Premises and shall be deemed to have been made or delivered if left at such address or two days after being posted postage prepaid and by first class recorded delivery in an envelope addressed to them at such address.
Society and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995 declaration
For the purposes of the Society and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995 the covenants on the part of the Society and on the part of the Member under this Lease are not personal covenants.
Value Added tax
Sums payable under this Lease for the supply of goods and services are exclusive of value added tax which is to be payable, if applicable, in respect of and at the same time as each sum falls due for payment.
Other
This Lease does not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
This Lease and the documents annexed to it constitute the whole agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, arrangements, understandings and agreements between them relating to their subject matter.
The grant of this Lease does not create by implication any easements or other rights for the benefit of the Premises or the Tenant and the operation of section 62 of the Law of Property Act 1925 is excluded. The Premises is let without the benefit of any existing easements or other rights which are appurtenant to the whole or any part of the Development.
The Member is not to be entitled to the benefit of any covenant, agreement or condition entered into by any tenant of the Society or any other Member in respect of any adjoining property of the Society or the right to enforce or prevent the release or modification of any such covenant or agreement.
Each of the Member’s obligations is to remain in full force both at law and in equity even if the Society waives or releases that obligation on any occasion or waives or releases any similar obligation affecting any of its adjoining property.
If any term of this Lease is, in whole or in part, held to be illegal or unenforceable to any extent under any enactment or rule of law, that term or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of this Lease and the enforceability of the remainder of this Lease shall not be affected.
This Lease and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales
This document has been executed as a deed and is delivered and takes effect on the date stated at the beginning of it.
