Flexible working policies: Offering remote work options can help reduce commuting costs for employees. Salary sacrifice schemes: These can provide significant savings for employees by using pre-tax salary for essentials like transport or childcare. Financial support and education: Providing access to financial wellbeing tools and resources can help members manage their money effectively. Living wage implementation: Establishing a wage that allows workers to afford a decent standard of living for themselves and their families. Universal Basic Income: establishes a long lasting income for all involved, non means tested. Process
The proposed research will take a post humanist approach to understanding the complex interrelations our organisaitons have with our environment:
Individual interviews; enabling a wider understanding of the impact that our current operational structures are having upon individuals ability to make conscious ethical decisions. Discussions with organisations: Conduct in-depth interviews with organisational leaders and HR professionals to gain insights into the challenges and successes of implementing new support mechanisms. Case studies: Analyse specific organisations that have successfully implemented innovative approaches to support the individuals to have more time to focus upon regenerative practices and processes. Economic analysis: Assess the financial implications of various strategies on both the organisation, its members, their communities, ecosystems and the environment.

This research aims to:
Set up, test and operate new organisations, processes and practices to live by. Develop a comprehensive framework of best practices for organisations to best support their members, communities and the ecosystem they are entwined with. Identify the most effective and sustainable strategies that can be implemented across various organisational types and sizes. Provide evidence-based recommendations for policymakers to support organisations in their efforts to address the metta-crisis.
