If you would like to have a separate leaderboard created for your group, there is a fee of US$10. To do so, please do as follows:
Enter the name of your group and assign players to the group using the form below. (Please wait to create your group until all members of your group have submitted their picks, so that you may select all members of your group.)
Pay via PayPal to jvdrew@yahoo.com, and identify the name of the group in the notes.
Optional: you may provide a theme or key word for the icon and cover photo for your group leaderboard, in which case I will try to pick something appropriate.

Group Registration Form
