Reason: Qualify leads by their real interest and intent and disqualify “time-wasters”
You will have to charge more per lead to make this work.
But the client will make way more money so should be willing to pay more per lead.
Questions to add to your quiz/lead form
BUDGET: How much have you set aside to invest in [VERTICAL PRODUCT]? Give 3 ranges of budgets where the smallest one will disqualify prospects — these vary based on the cost of the product you “sell” You can use confirmation questions to confirm if they don't qualify (e.g. “Hmm...the cheapest XYZ starts at $XX per month. Is that ok for you?” NEED: Which of the following best describes your current situation regarding [VERTICAL PRODUCT]? TIMELINE: If you are qualified, how soon do you want to start/get XYZ? In 3+ months - DISQUALIFY

Reason: In most verticals, we see a 1.5x increase in CR % when running YouTube ads compared to social media ads

Use Google Search Ads for “Need in time” Verticals
Reason: Certain products are purchased only in the case of need in certain situations (e.g. PEST control, legal services, home services, plumbing, etc.) — therefore running on social media won't work well for the client and they will complain about the quality

Reason: Each vertical will have a typical market segment that has a higher likelihood of converting.
For example Life insurance is typically purchased by Men and is easier to sell to men between 18-40 as it's cheaper than 40-65+.

Create an ideal client persona for the vertical you're running ads for Speak to the client about what type of demographics convert the best (not the ones he wants but the ones that convert best) In the ads manager on the ad set/ad group level select demographics related to ICP Target specific Age groups

Solution 1
Multichannel Contact (Call, SMS, WhatsApp, Email)
Reason: Each person will be more responsive via different contact channels. To increase contact rate we have to use the combination of Call, SMS, WhatsApp and Email to maximize contact rate.

You help clients implement multichannel communication.
If they do not have systems or the ability to use all the channels - implement and automate via HighLevel.

Test the current client funnel to see how are they contacting the leads + how fast and often. Set & Sell Appointment to Small Clients, Leads to Clients with Strong Sales Operations
Reason: Small clients typically struggle with contact rate — so we can increase that by booking them appointments and sending non-appointment leads to larger buyers with established sales ops.
How it works
Implement a funnel where you will collect a lead info + have them book an appointment with the client on the thank you page.
If the lead books an appointment → it goes to the small client If the lead doesn't book an appointment → it's forwarded to a client with established sales operations or lead aggregator/network

Add Client's Phone Number to Thank You Page
Reason: People ignore calls from unknown or spam numbers
If the client rotates phone numbers or uses a power dialer this method won't be possible unless they have some common numbers

How to implement
Ask the client for the phone number they will be calling to leads On the thank you page/results page mention the phone number + Ask leads to save it to contacts (make the process easy, possibly only with a few clicks) Example of TY page with client number
