Wardrobe Direction:

Elevated casual. No logos. What you would wear at home if you were having friends over. Not overly dressed up, but put together. Please avoid any bright primary colors - blue, green, yellow. We want to live in the more earth tones and muted versions of colors.

Location Notes

During load in/out, please use the garage and interior courtyard for gear staging + product load in to minimize impact and footprint on the interior.
If anything is loaded in through the front door, the cement entryway floor and interior door threshold will need floor protection.
Anything being loaded into the primary bedroom area and bathroom can be easiest loaded in from the side access from the garage not through the front.
All interior furniture, including beds and all builtins, except kitchen table are meant for use while on camera only and treated as hot set. If you don't have tables and chairs and intend to use any of the interior furniture especially the wood covered built ins and credenza and including the beds please be sure that they are must be covered. (Towels provided). Their will be a $500 usage fee if used for off camera purposes.
Do not lean bags and cases on the walls or wood slats.
Any gear placed on the floors, including the garage flooring and exterior cement patios needs to have tennis balls or some sort of floor protection. None are provided onsite.
Hand soap in one bathroom , toilet paper and kitchen size trash bags are provided. We do not provide eating utensils (often forgotten on food deliveries), paper towels/napkins, bottled water/ drinking cups , glass cleaner, or large/Catering trash bags.
