At Amazon, I’m a Senior PM on the Acquisition team, helping Prime members to get easy access to longitudinal and accessible primary care.

Key Domain: Customer Acquisition and Growth
⭐️ I was part of the launch of One Medical, a membership based primary care, onto Amazon as a Prime add-on. The project was a S-team goal and a 0 to 1 project, including the landing page, signup and enrollment flow, the post purchase experience, notifications…etc.
⭐️ As part of the launch, I led the development of an automated email notifications system to compliant with legally required transactional emails.

⭐️ I led the development of a location-awared widget (integration with AWS location service) on the landing page, where customers can see nearby locations dynamically based on the customer's location with the goal to drive more engagement.

⭐️ In the next iteration, I led the development of provider-forward widget (API integration) on the page so that customers can choose a provider nearby and see their available appointments. This iteration is intended to further drive purchase conversion.

⭐️ To manage churn, I came up with an email engagement strategy in an effort to nudge customers to retargeting, nudge for enrollment, and engage with our services in partnership with marketing team.

⭐️Throughout 2023-2024, I’ve designed and conducted 10+ A/B test experiments on the product page (APP and desktop) to optimize customer purchase experience, including banner, value prop, messaging, landing page components, default selection.

Side Projects

Lately, I've been exploring various event planning websites to simplify complex planning tasks. There are a lot of great tools out there. Still, when it comes to the "guest experience", many people (including me) are left patching together spreadsheets, group chats, and last-minute reminders to make sure our guests feel taken care of. Inspired by a recent conversation with a marketing leader about marketing automation tools, it got me thinking: why not bring these efficiencies to event planning? That's when it clicked: managing large-scale events, especially coordinating guest lists, RSVPs, and day-of experience, could benefit from a more intuitive and automated approach. So "Guestly" came to mind: a guest management experience designed to help people stay organized and create a more connected experience for their guests. ✨ The goal? Less friction and more fun. Fewer "Did I send out RSVPs?" moments. I'll be sharing my process as I build Guestly from research to prototype to (hopefully) validation.
