Community Crisis Services, Inc. - Homeless Hotline
In Prince George’s County, it is required that all referrals to County Shelters be made through the Homeless Hotline. The Hotline provides emergency answering and referral for the homeless or those within 7 days of becoming homeless - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Individuals and families in need must call the Homeless Hotline directly. Please be aware there is no waiting list and referrals are made on a first come, first serve basis. If there is no availability in the shelters, you may have to continue to keep calling.

A Hotline for those in need of shelter due to Domestic Violence. The Hotline provides emergency answering and referrals for those who are experiencing Domestic Violence and can assist with finding shelter.
