Turn Point Cloud (ply) to Full Mesh (obj)
Imported the scanned mesh
In Filter, choose point cloud simplificaiton
Set the number of samples at least 1 million
On the newly created simplied cloud layer,
Go to Remeshing, Surface Reconstruction Screened Poisson
increase resonstuction depth from 8 to 16
Final step: to Normalize vertix normals
Export Mesh as either one of the format:
