Trouble Shooting
Fix Media Player not play the video:
Change Default RHI to Direct X11 if wanna play mp4, or Camlink video feed:
Since only Direct X12 can give Lumen/Ray Tracing, tick Apple ProRes Media Plugin
In other words, only MOV can use Lumen/Ray Tracing as Direct X12 only works in MOV so far.
Unsure: If activate below plugins, can make web stream works in Direct X12?
Open the media player, change the decoder to Electra player
Reminder, if package the project, the video only play by follow step:
Now if open the video file in UE, it shows:
Create a new folder called Movie in Content Browser, open its in Explorer
Drag the video in the folder:
Import the movie file from that created Movie folder in UE (not imported from the location where the movie file placed)
After imported the movie file, now the warning is gone:
Fix Invisible/Missing Faces on a Model
Choose the mesh that has missing face, go to modellling mode, tick fix inconsistent Normals
