Setup NAVmesh for AI move
On those assets blocking AI move, untick Can ever affect navigation
Drag Nav Modifier Volume on the asset, adjust it smaller than the asset
Optional:
On recast nav mesh cast → generation → reduce cell size from 19 to lower
