Fields

Particle Disintegration Effect (by Linear Field from Effectors)

Import a 3D object (seem the PolyFX effect has to be used by converting the 3D object into a single layer first (by Connect in subdivision menu)
Go to Mograph → apply PolyFX parent above the object (Hold Shift)
Remark: PolyFX is to let effector control all individual polygons of the Object
Select PolyFX layer (every-time apply effector has to select it first) → Add Plain Effector (should see the object disintegrate now) →
Parameter, untick Position, Tick Scale, Uniform, Scale -1
Falloff → Add Linear Field → position the Field in scene as parallel to object

Further enhance the motion with different effectors:

Select PolyFx layer → Random Effector → Parameter → Position, XYZ: 10,10,10
→ Falloff → Linear Field → Rotate 90 degree (same plan facing as Plain’s Linear Field, almost overlapping both fields to each other)
Select PolyFx → Shader Effector → Parameter → Untick Scale, Tick Position: XYZ: 20,30,10
→ add Linear Field and rotate, place in the middle of Random and Plain Liner Field
Select Shader layer → Shading → Shader: Noise → Click in the Shader Noise box → Noise Type: Turbulence; Global Scale: 400% (looks more like particle simulation)

PloyFx → Time Effector → Parameter → Untick Rotation, tick Position → XYZ: 0,20,0 (make particle up the air when time goes by) → Falloff, add linear field, place with other Fields (put most far away from Object)
PolyFx → Step Effector → Parameter → Untick Scale, tick Position → XYZ: 0,20,0 → Add Linear Field and place as the same position as other fields
Select PolyFx → Effector → Rearrange the effector order as follow (give the best effect according to tutorial)

Select all Effectors → Group all into a null (Alt+G) → rename null as Effectors
Add keyframe on the Null (beginning and ending of timeline) → Show F-curve (R click on Coord red button keyframe → Animation → Show F-curve) → Change from Ease in (as default) to Liner curve
