Set Filters (In order):
1.Gain:
Adjust to optimal volume
2.VST 2 x Plugin:
Select Marvel GEQ (installed in PC already) → Open Plug-in Interface → New interface pop up → Presets → Brighter and Bassy → Activate

3.Compressor (for constant loudness during speaking):
Ratio: 4, Attack: 2ms, Release: 100 (constant)
→set Threshold to highest first: 0, then boost Output Gain value gradually by quiet whispering test (~8.2) (to boost the sound if speaking too quiet)
2. → Reduce Threshold value gradually by loudest speaking test (~ -23) (to suppress too loud sound, i.e. avoid clipping)
4.Expander /Noise Gate (to filter out background noise created due to compressor boosting the quiet sound):
Preset: Expander, Ratio: 4, Attack: 2ms; Release:100
→ Set the threoshold at lowerest level first (-60), then gradually Boost Threshold by making background noise (e.g. keyboard typing) completely off/not hearable
5.Noise Suppression:
Method: RNNoise (if enough CPU usage available)
If using low CPU usage method, set the Suppression level to max (i.e. 0), reduce gradually during talk, till the noise is almost off (don’t over do it, or else will distort the speaker voice)
6.Limiter (put at last priority in filter, and it’s optional when expander and compressor are set to limit the max loudness):
Reduce Threshold to the max loudness I want

Set the background music up and down accordingly to the speaker talking:
Install Virtual Cable → At sound Setting in window 10 → Advanced sound options → App volume and device preference → choose the program which plays the music → Choose Output to Virtual Cable
In OBS, Setting → Audio → At Desktop Audio 2, choose Speaker (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) → Rename this new created audio channel as Music
Apply Filter (Compressor):
Ratio: 4, Attack: 50, Release: 100, Ducking Source: Choose the microphone used for speaker to talk)
Threshold: ~-45 (to let music be loud again once speaker stop talking)
