Delete all light except PPV and exponential fog
Drag a HDRI backdrop (Hard Ray Trace will give different result on HDRI light)
Place a Rect light facing towards us and place just outside the hole below in scene (give highlight of the planes at the hole)
Set width and height as 200
Turn the light to enable Cast Ray Traced Shadows
Duplicate the rect light place at other windows, doors (where light will penetrate into the room)
Set the rect light scattering intensity higher:
