Eliminated (3) undercap lights. After the meeting I looked at the kitchen lighting more closely. I recommend we only eliminate (1) undercap on the grill side instead of (2).
Eliminated (3) pendant lights.
Total count of low voltage fixtures currently (28).

Chris and Marc to decide if they want light on the fans or not
Jessica to discuss sconce and path light options
Discussed how low voltage is controlled. A manual timer is the default. However, Adam told me after the meeting that we could add a remote. He said an even better option would be to upgrade the pool automation from EasyTouch 4 to EasyTouch 8. Then the low voltage could be controlled with the Pentair App. It could also control the sconce and can lights if you wanted. Adam to discuss this option.
Discussed TV mounts. We could use a standard ceiling mount. A fold up mount could also work. We’d need a specific mount specs to verify that the fan will not interfere and how it would attach to the ceiling. Looks like the 65” fans should not be a problem. Marc may go with standard ceiling TV mount and change it to fold up mount if he decides he’s not happy with it down the road. Marc, Jack and Adam to research fold up mounts.
I verified that there will be a scuttle hole in the closet for access to the ceiling above the attic and bathroom. I discussed it more with Adam. There will not be access above the rest of the ceiling. It will be conventionally framed with T&G installed directly to the bottom of the rafters.
Marc and Chris signed invoice approval
Marc and Chris approved the kitchen bar height. They understand that it will be at standard table height, NOT counter or bar height.
I created a model of the path on the side of the house. See attached image. Marc and Chris may decide to replace the existing path which will be destroyed during construction. They may decide not to replace and only keep the portion that connects the driveway to the trash bin pad.
