We’re always thinking about new, fun ways to bring the team together, whether that is in the office or online.

We offer lots of social events and initiatives including:

iwoca Retreats

iwoca retreats are company-wide (optional) events that take place twice a year, usually once in the winter and once in the summer.

iwoca plans and pays for lovely big houses in beautiful places like Barcelona, the French Alps, Majorca, and the Azores, and invites everyone to spend time working together from these locations.

iwoca retreats are a way for us to:

enable you to work together from somewhere special and to get to know people in your teams and other teams better

thank you for your hard work

support mental health by offering a change of scenery and time outdoors

boost morale and increase motivation.
