iwoca Incentive Scheme
Each year we launch an iwoca Incentive Scheme. As we make progress on our journey, iwoca should grow in value and we want everyone to participate in this. In this scheme iwocans usually have the choice between a cash bonus or share options . The value of the incentive you may receive is proportional to your salary.
Your first year allocation is prorated based on when you join in the plan year (1st March - 28th Feb).
