Led redesign of employee recreation space combining bar, gaming area (russian pyramid table, ping pong, foosball), relaxation zones, and cinema/music studio waiting area. Project required balancing client's existing design standards with need to increase employee engagement in an off-route location.
Project Execution
Aligned multiple stakeholder groups through several design iterations, ensuring the creative concept matched the corporate design code while accommodating existing equipment requirements. Developed a multifunctional layout with mobile soft seating for groups up to 25 people, improving adaptability for workshops, gaming events, and informal gatherings. Coordinated interior, lighting, and MEP specialists to deliver technically viable solutions, including the development of retractable hanging chairs that could be stowed during gaming use and deployed for flexible seating needs. Led a cross-functional team of six specialists and acted as the primary client contact, managing expectations across creative, technical, and contractual dimensions. Oversaw budget and schedule control, maintaining consistency of deliverables across parallel workstreams and facilitating design reviews to ensure alignment with established design standards. Outcome
