Context

The TestBox Convert Salesforce integration allows you to seamlessly connect your Salesforce opportunities with the corresponding TestBox deals to automatically enrich your analytics experience. You will get two key functionalities:
Ability to easily search for a SFDC opportunity to link to a TestBox deal (if you’ve installed the
TestBox Convert Salesforce Lightning App

then the linkage will happen automatically)

Enriched your analytics dashboard with metrics to measure team performance and TestBox ROI as shown in the below example

How it works

The TestBox Salesforce integration will gain access to read your opportunity data but it will not write any data into your SFDC account. This integration fetches data live to display on your TestBox analytics experience and does not store any data locally.

How to connect

You must be an admin of your TestBox Convert subscription to add integrations
Log into your Convert account
Go to profile icon > Account Settings > Integrations

Click Connect and authenticate using your SFDC credentials
Approve the permissions and you’re done
You should now see the below option to link opportunity as you create a new deal in TestBox

You will also start seeing analytics updated under the Analytics page once you start adding and closing deals with TestBox 🎉
