They use Remotepass to “employ” 60 contractors in many different countries. They like Remotepass as they “ensure the contractors are employed compliantly and help them with their taxes”. Sharon confirmed that the people were contractors or Remotepass and they only pay £30 per contractor per month for the solution. She thinks this is compliant, but me an Irina were bemused as we think that she simply trusts that the people are compliant because somebody else is paying them. In the end, she said that the company is at least safer in this position. Cost was also important to them.
