Webinar SOP

This doc is recapping the strategy for the next round of events hosted and promoted by Boundless.
There are different types of “events” that we are going to create during the second half of the year, each of those with a particular audience and strategy to be executed.

Live Webinars

This is the first type of event I would start experimenting with. The type of communication here is one to many, everybody who is registered can participate, the format is virtual and has a live session with a rewatch opportunity that can be used in different ways:
Lead generation
Youtube video
Sales material
Content in the nurture/drip campaigns
Snackable multimedia pieces on social media
Audio moved into a podcast format (I’ve created a profile already
)
Aiming to start September the 29th with the first webinar, the plan is to have 1 episode per month for the first 3 months. The first series will cover the following topics.

Topics

Topic 1:
Title: How to approach the international employment challenge
What will be covered:
What are your options when hiring abroad?
What is the hassle when setting up a new entity?
What is an EOR and how it simplifies international employment
What is the problem with independent contractors
How to choose the right EOR

Topic 2: Current status and the future of remote work (done together with John Riordan from Grow Remote)
General intro covering the growth of remote work (supported by data)
How you can bring a diverse remote team to successfully work together
The Shopify case study
Topic 3: Hybrid Work

Topic 3: Panel: The challenge with cross-border ESOPs and why extending them compliantly is so difficult?
What is an ESOP and what are the different types of stock options
How varied are the local treatments of stock options around the world
What employer and employee taxes apply to ESOPs around the world
What are all the challenges companies face with extending and managing stock options across borders
Way forward if you want to give international workers stock options (withholding tax)

For topic 2 the host/guest will be: John from Grow Remote + Dee

The webinars will always start with a presenter that will do the first minute intro + will manage the Q&A session filtering the questions coming from the audience
