This doc is recapping the strategy for the next round of events hosted and promoted by Boundless.
There are different types of “events” that we are going to create during the second half of the year, each of those with a particular audience and strategy to be executed.
Live Webinars
This is the first type of event I would start experimenting with. The type of communication here is one to many, everybody who is registered can participate, the format is virtual and has a live session with a rewatch opportunity that can be used in different ways:
Content in the nurture/drip campaigns Snackable multimedia pieces on social media Audio moved into a podcast format (I’ve created a profile already ) Aiming to start September the 29th with the first webinar, the plan is to have 1 episode per month for the first 3 months. The first series will cover the following topics.

Topic 3: Panel: The challenge with cross-border ESOPs and why extending them compliantly is so difficult? What is an ESOP and what are the different types of stock options How varied are the local treatments of stock options around the world What employer and employee taxes apply to ESOPs around the world What are all the challenges companies face with extending and managing stock options across borders Way forward if you want to give international workers stock options (withholding tax) Source and more reading to provide content here:
Hosts can be internal or external
For topic 1 the host/guest will be: Dee from Boundless
For topic 2 the host/guest will be: John from Grow Remote + Dee
For topic 3 the host/guest will be: Dee’s contact from PwC?? Corporate lawyer, tax lawyer, employment lawyer (need to be confimed)
The webinars will always start with a presenter that will do the first minute intro + will manage the Q&A session filtering the questions coming from the audience

Create an event on the webinar platform (ZOOM), add title, time, and all the related info. Build the Form on Hubspot Create list triggered by form submission Create a landing page & Populate the content (check Yoast Social for feature image) Thank You page / Confirmation Message Feature Image for Landing Page and Reminder Emails Setup a registration workflow with a Confirmation email Create 2 reminder emails – 1 day & 1 hour
