Boundless wins customer from Deel as: Boundless could offer flexibility with regards to which pension scheme the employee could be enrolled to in NL, while Deel would not. Deel had hidden fees: charged $800 for the pension scheme consultation without warning. Customer could not speak to a real human; they were always pushed to a bot. A prospect signed with Remote as Remote offered a workaround solution to the 18-month term limit under the AUG licence in Germany. Boundless’ local lawyers Remote wording to prospect below:
After the initial 18 month period is up, there will be 2 options:
- If you have more than one business entity, we will require you to re-sign additional documentation with your other business entity.
- If you do not have more than one business entity, we will be able to sign the documentation on your behalf via one of our other EOR entities which will enable us to extend the employment for another 18 months.
We’ll be able to repeat this cycle to deliver continuous employment with no disruption to the employee or need for 3 month breaks in employment.
This is fully compliant and inkeeping within the AUG regulations, but enables us to leverage our global infrastructure of entities to ensure that you and your team get the most seamless experience possible when operating in Germany.
