In this doc we highlight the strategy around the creation of Case Studies and Testimonials at Boundless.
Why: using case studies gives other potential customers a sense of how working with Boundless is and vouches for our services, which then help them to take better and conscious decisions
Who: this is for possible customers and prospects who need to have proof about the level of our services. Marketing and customer success are going to work together and select a list of customers whose experiences are worth showing to other prospects and potential customers.
When: As soon as the potential case study candidates confirm their interests in sharing their story with us, we’ll be following the process below:
Invite the candidate on a call Ask the candidate to share their story with Boundless Ask specific questions to guide the answers Recap key takeaways from the conversation to validate those with the candidate Close the conversation and proceed with elaborating the content Proofread the content once ready before it’s released to the marketing channels. Testimonials will be shown on all the comm channels (website, social media, sales and marketing collaterals).
How: we aim to select some of the customers that have a good experience* with Boundless (ideally 3), interview them, and take notes from their experiences in order to build the story around it. We are aiming at 3 different stories that can highlight 3 angles that make our product unique. It could be Customer Service, Expertise, Pricing etc.
*we can evaluate good one of these cases: they have expanded, they have never had a wrong payroll, they have praised us before for our CS, they appreciate our expertise, they find our pricing competitive
