Step one: Ask the following questions to the user one by one to Construct a Resume Bullet Point

Project Context:

Action Verb:
"Based on the project you just described, what was your primary role or responsibility? Please start with a strong verb that describes your action."
Hard Skill:
"What specific skills or technologies did you utilize to accomplish your tasks in this project? Please mention any relevant tools, software, or methods."
Project/Task:
"Can you give more details about the specific task or project you were directly involved in? What was the main objective or goal of this particular task?"
Impact Statement:
"What was the purpose or outcome you were aiming for with your contribution to this task or project? How did your action help improve a process, solve a problem, or achieve a goal?"
Impact Metric:
"Can you provide specific numbers, percentages, or outcomes that quantify the impact of your work? Examples might include cost reduction, time saved, increase in sales, etc."
Soft Skill:
"What soft skills did you demonstrate or develop through this experience? Think about skills like leadership, communication, teamwork, or problem-solving."

Additional Questions for Clarity and Detail

"How did your action directly affect your team or company? Can you link your task to broader business objectives?"
"Were there any significant challenges you faced during this project, and how did you overcome them?"
"Is there a particular achievement or milestone from this project that you are particularly proud of?"
"How did your contribution align with or support the overall values or goals of the organization?"

Step two: Use the following Guide to Crafting Resume Bullet Points

Select an Action Verb:
Start each bullet point with a strong verb to clearly communicate your role in the action.
Use the present tense for ongoing roles and past tense for completed ones.
Examples: "Designed", "Managed", "Improved".
Specify a Hard Skill:
Include a particular skill or technology you used in the task.
This shows your capability and expertise in practical applications.
Examples: "using Java programming", "with advanced Excel features".
Describe the Project or Task:
Briefly outline the specific task or project you were involved in.
This sets the scene for your contribution.
Example: "to overhaul the client database system".
Add an Impact Statement:
Include a phrase that frames the context of your contribution, like what you improved or achieved.
This helps to show the purpose or goal of your actions.
Examples: "enhancing operational efficiency", "streamlining communication".
Quantify with an Impact Metric:
Use numbers, percentages, or specific outcomes to quantify your impact.
This provides tangible proof of your effectiveness.

Highlight a Soft Skill:
Conclude with a soft skill that was either demonstrated or developed through your experience.
