Pilot Continuance Plan
Move from 3-meet to “committed pairings”
Discuss: steps for this transition
Tom let mentors know that it’s up to them to set the stage for making the decision but to also put them at ease. The key is to match them.
This guidance is in the doc Tom provided
Tom meeting with Matt and Jason tomorrow
Deliver an exceptional “apprenticeship experience”
Question: What does that look like?
Finishing the 3-meets & decision on whether to move forward or not
Group activities: sports game together?
Individual activities: dinners with families, etc.
Tom has begun another document to help guide mentors on what the process moving forward can/should look like, including the “5 F’s”.
Tom to also add some examples for “apprenticeship”
Discuss: How is the leadership team involved?
Question: Status of Tom putting together documents with basic framework?
TO-DO: Regroup in group meeting with mentors to align and get them working together to deliver this experience - start the “flywheel” of self-driven group.
Intentional Housing “Scholarship”
TO-DO: Michael to follow up with existing men’s house leader to get any feedback about interest in the scholarship/mentorship.
