Update booked
Open calendly to check who has booked
For prospects that have booked, add D&T Booked and change status from Calendly’d to Booked →
Update dropped out prospects (at any stage)
Check for prospects who have replied to any messages saying ‘not interested’ or similar
Set “Remove from workflow” dropdown to “Not interested”
Engaged prospects that respond positively to VSL and wants to book call
Send calendly link
Add Date Calendly’d and change status from Engaged to Calendly’d →
Initiated prospects that respond positively wanting more information
Send VSL
Add D&T Engaged and change status from Initiated to Engaged →
New leads
Send DM to Cold Leads →
Add Date Initiated and change status from Cold Lead to Initiated →
Follow Up Calendly’d Prospects
Send FUP messages to calendly’d prospects who haven’t booked →

Any specific problems or questions that arise with a prospect, open the prospect’s row and add a comment at the bottom, and @ the agency owner so they can get notified and respond

> open calendly > add booked prospects to the green D booked columns, adding the date and clicking ‘YES’ on ‘tracked’ (AP column) > cross out booked prospects from the purple C calendly’d columns > check for prospects who have replied to any messages saying ‘not interested’ or similar > cross off & highlight in red any prospects who are no longer interested (at any stage) > send calendly link to engaged prospects who want to book (using template) > move engaged prospects who want to book to calendly’d (B > C) (tracking ‘YES’) > cross out & highlight in purple prospects who are no longer engaged (calendly'd instead) > send evergreen VSL video to interested prospects who give permission > move initiated prospects who give permission to engaged (A > B) (tracking ‘YES’) > cross out & highlight in orange prospects who are no longer initiated (engaged instead) > find your new leads/connections/friends (CRM or in platform) > send trojan horse permission message to new leads (volume depends on platform) > add new initiated prospects to the spreadsheet (A), be sure to track as ‘YES’ > add any notes necessary to the notes column of the prospect (using correct format) > send FUPs to calendly’d prospects (every 1 day for FUP 1,2 & every 2 days for FUP 3,4,5,6,7) (1C, 2C, 3C, 4C, 5C, 6C, 7C)

> open prospect & metric tracker > navigate to correct month > open calendly > add booked prospects to the green D booked columns, adding the date and clicking ‘YES’ on ‘tracked’ (AP column) > cross out booked prospects from the purple C calendly’d columns > check for prospects who have replied to any messages saying ‘not interested’ or similar > cross off & highlight in red any prospects who are no longer interested (at any stage) > send calendly link to engaged prospects who want to book (using template) > move engaged prospects who want to book to calendly’d (B > C) (tracking ‘YES’) > cross out & highlight in purple prospects who are no longer engaged (calendly'd instead) > send evergreen VSL video to interested prospects who give permission > move initiated prospects who give permission to engaged (A > B) (tracking ‘YES’) > cross out & highlight in orange prospects who are no longer initiated (engaged instead) > send trojan horse FUP1A message to initiated prospects that are 1+ days old (1A) > go through your initiated prospects that you sent FUP1(A) to yesterday and log whether or not they’ve viewed the media you sent (if YES, track as ‘YES’ in column K) > send FUPs to engaged prospects (every 1 day for FUP 1,2 & every 2 days for FUP 3,4,5,6,7) (1B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B)
