In 2020 our Board of Directors contracted

Columinate⁠

to facilitate the board’s adoption of the Policy Governance model. They crafted and published three organizational @Ends:

Queer artists are empowered

There is a space for performance centered on the queer experience

There is a model for equitable and inclusive practices in the arts

The Library was created in response to the third End, and serves as a public record and documentation of our continuing work to create and share an equitable and inclusive organizational model. The Library is, by its nature, ever-changing and will never be complete.
